JJJJound offers returns on all unwashed and unworn items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
